In the STC-R640 cameras is 1/4 "NTSC-housing cameras with remote controlled head. The camera control unit (CCU) is a compact 51 (W) x 51 (H) x 55.5 (T) mm, and the CCD board has the dimensions of 22 (L) x 8 (D) mm. STC-R640 cameras are offered without a connecting cable between the CCU and the CCD board.
