Sony annouces EVI-H100V HD PTZ cameras. Superior picture quality with a host of convenient features make the sleek EVIH100V/W PTZ cameras ideal for videoconferencing, house of worship, distance learning, corporate training, sporting events, and remote justice.

Applications

HD Broadcasting: Sony EVIH100V (EVI-H100V) PTZ (Pan-Tilt-Zoom) High Definition (HD) color camera is another of Sony’s newest releases in the HD camera family.  The EVIH100V features DVI output.  (for SDI output see the H100S model)  The DVI output allows for video monitor interface and full video compression for the highest resolution at 1080i/20. 

This HD camera is excellent for closed courtroom viewing applications.  This camera offers broadcast capability to high security courtrooms.  The ability to broadcast in high resolution in a closed circuit court environment offers opportunities to provided the highest security while providing the courtroom experience for high profile case monitoring and television broadcasting. 

The electronic flip (E-flip) allows for ceiling mount upside down and image flipping the video.  The desk mount is great for recording the judge on the bench and the ceiling mount provides the opportunity to view the entire courtroom. 

This camera has a list price of $3895.00.
