Designed to meet the cost demands made by analog users while offering all of the technological advantages of a digital camera, Basler's new ace camera series provides an extremely small

Basler ace camera

29 x 29 mm footprint, which targets the replacement of analog cameras, USB cameras, and IEEE 1394a or b cameras that are based on this standard footprint size. To make integration easy and cost effective, the ace family is available with Power over Ethernet functionality.

The Basler ace combines the smallest size, the newest technology, and the best price for a GigE Vision camera. This combination makes the ace camera series extremely appealing for use in all standard machine vision applications. The ace is the latest innovation in Basler’s broad GigE camera portfolio and benefits from their five years of GigE camera experience. This makes the ace series not only a highly innovative design but also a very mature product that guarantees seamless integration into your application

The ace series consists of four camera models in monochrome and color with resolutions from VGA to two megapixels and features a C-mount lens adapter. All cameras are equipped with a CCD sensor.
